pySBOL3 provides Python interfaces and their implementation for Synthetic Biology Open Language (SBOL). The current version of pySBOL3 implements SBOL Core Specification 3.0.1. The library provides an API to work with SBOL3 objects and documents. pySBOL3 supports Python 3.7 and higher.
pySBOL3 development has been supported by the DARPA Synergistic Discovery and Design (SD2) program and Raytheon BBN Technologies. pySBOL3 is made freely available under the MIT License.
